• If you cancel less than 3 days before the commencement of the activity, you will not entitle to claim a refund.
• Any changes made less than 3 days before the commencement of the experience will be rejected.
• Cut-off times are depending on the local time of the experience.
• This activity necessitates favorable weather. If it is canceled due to inclement weather, you will be given a new date or a full refund.
• Within 7-10 business days, your entire refund will be credited to your account/card.
