• A copy of the voucher must be printed and presented
• Children must be accompanied by an Adult
• If unaccompanied by an adult, children must be at least 12 years old to enter Aquaventure.
• The minimum age of 10 years applies to all dive experiences 
• The ticket price for Atlantis Aquaventure is based on height and not age
• In case the Park occupancy is full, the guests will be asked to reschedule their visit for a later date.

• Aquaventure Opening Hours: 09:45 am To 05:30 pm (Everyday).
• Lost Chamber Operational Hours: Daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM 

Booking Policy

• This activity is strictly non-refundable once purchased.
• In case tours or tickets are canceled after booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Child Policy

• Children below 1.2 meters in height or below 7 years of age will be considered children and will be charged a child rate.
• Children below 3 years of age will be allowed free of charge.
• Children above 7 years of age and above 1.2 meters in height will be considered adults and will be charged the adult rate.
