What to Expect on the Day

Your journey begins with a 30-minute orientation session where you will meet your marine mammal specialist, receive safety instructions, and change into your wetsuit. Then, you will spend 30 minutes in the deeper waters of Atlas Village’s lagoon, where you will swim and snorkel alongside your dolphin companion.

After your session, you can explore Aquaventure Waterpark at your own pace. If visiting on a Saturday before 27 September 2025, you can stay for Sunset Saturdays and enjoy live music, games, and stunning evening views until 10 PM.

Important Information

• This is a Deep Water Encounter taking place in 10 ft of water. All participants must be confident swimmers and able to tread water.
  
• Each Dolphin Swim session is limited to 8 participants for a more personal experience.
  
• Arrive at Atlas Village at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time for check-in. Late arrivals (15+ minutes after the start time) will be considered a no-show.
  
• The scheduled time refers to mandatory check-in and orientation, not the in-water portion of the experience.
  
• The experience includes a 30-minute dolphin interaction plus a 30-minute orientation.
  
• Complimentary same-day Aquaventure Waterpark and beach access is included.
  
• Photos are not included but can be purchased separately at the Photo Counter.
  
• Spectators must purchase an Observer Pass locally (currently AED 300).
  
• Sunset Saturdays entertainment (DJs, games, prizes) may vary and is subject to availability.

Child Policy

• Minimum age requirement: 8 years old.
  
• Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult aged 18 years or above.
  
• Maximum adult-to-child ratio: 1 adult per 3 children under the age of 12.
  
• Pregnant guests are not permitted to participate in the experience.
  

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled time.
  
• 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made between 72 and 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  
• 100% cancellation fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled event.
  
• No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
• Sunset Saturdays access is included only if your visit falls on a Saturday before 27 September 2025 and cannot be transferred to another date.
