• Pre-arranged private transfers from centrally located Hotels/Residences in Dubai
• Private Transfers are available only from centrally located Hotels/Residences in Dubai (Deira Dubai, Bur Dubai, Shaikh Zayed, Dubai Marina).
• Pick-up from Areas other than centrally located Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
• Please carry a valid Id/ Passport along with you during this tour
• Children below 12 years must be accompanied by a paying parent/ guardian
• Infants below Two (2) years old are free and must be seated on the same seat as the paying adult companion
• For Swim & explore, the guest should be a confident swimmer
• Note - Please check the child policy of each option before booking 
• Age Requirement: At least 5 years old, who are confident swimmers can avail of this package.
• Please arrive at least 45 minutes before the selected time slot
• Deep water experience (5.5 meters deep)
• All fun and educational dolphin experiences include FREE same-day access to Aquaventure Waterpark. 
• Dubai Dolphinarium show ticket does not include Entry Fee to Creek Park at AED5.0 per person.
• Life Jackets are complimentary and available at towel rental locations.
• For All Dolphin activities, guests are not allowed to wear a single accessory. Eg: watch earrings, or any such accessory which can hurt sea creatures at the time of experience.
• Guests are requested to arrive 30 minutes prior at the ticketing counter for the collection of wristbands. After the collection of wristbands, guests can reach the designated location via buggies.
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services

• You can get a full refund if you cancel 7 days before the experience.
• You must cancel at least 7 days before the experience's start time to receive a complete refund.
• If you cancel less than 7 days before the commencement of the activity, you will not entitle to claim a refund.
• Any changes made less than 7 days before the commencement of the experience will be rejected.
• Cut-off times are depending on the local time of the experience.
• This activity necessitates favorable weather. If it is canceled due to inclement weather, you will be given a new date or a full refund.
• Within 7-10 business days, your entire refund will be credited to your account/card.
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Child Policy

• Children below 1.2 metres height & below 7 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children age under 3 years will be allowed free of charge.
• Children 8 years and above 1.2 metres height will be considered as adult and charged adult rate.
