• Non Peak Hours Start From 10:00 am till 14:00 pm and till 07:00 pm till 21:00 pm
• Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
• The Booking Confirmation is valid only for the selected date and time.
• The Burj Khalifa is open every day for 24 Hours. (Guests are requested to reach the venue 15 min prior to the selected time slot.)
• A maximum of 50 people are allowed on the observation deck at any given time
• There may be a queue for the observation deck exhibits
• During the month of Ramadan, food, and beverages will not be served as part of the experience until Iftar (the evening meal at sunset)
• If you would like to see the spectacular fountain show, you are advised to book for approximately 30 minutes before the fountain show you would like to watch in order to get a good spot
• Dubai Fountain is scheduled Daily Except for Friday
• Dubai Fountain Friday Timing 1330 Hours & 1400
• Evening Shows Daily From 1800 till 2300 Hours (Every 30 minutes)
• You can stay for approximately 90 minutes at the attraction
