Important Information
- Pre-arranged private transfers from centrally located Hotels/Residences in Dubai
- Private Transfers are available only from centrally located Hotels/Residences in Dubai (Deira Dubai, Bur Dubai, Shaikh Zayed, Dubai Marina).
- Pick-up from Areas other than centrally located Dubai Hotels / Residence will be done on request with an additional surcharge.
- The timings for transfers may vary, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
- Guests must follow all posted and verbal safety instructions provided by Dubai Garden Glow.
- Animals or pets are not allowed inside the Dubai Garden Glow.
- Respectful attire must be worn at all times.
- Please use proper passages, walkways, and exits allocated for such use.
- Outside Food, Drinks, and Smoking are not permitted.
- Last entry 1 Hr prior to the closing time.
- Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
Opening Hours
- Sunday to Friday: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Saturday and Public Holidays: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Booking Policy
- You can get a full refund if you cancel 7 days before the experience.
- You must cancel at least 7 days before the experience's start time to receive a complete refund.
- If you cancel less than 7 days before the commencement of the activity, you will not entitle to claim a refund.
- Any changes made less than 7 days before the commencement of the experience will be rejected.
- Cut-off times are depending on the local time of the experience.
- This activity necessitates favorable weather. If it is canceled due to inclement weather, you will be given a new date or a full refund.
- Within 7-10 business days, your entire refund will be credited to your account/card.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
Child Policy
- Children under 3 years & below 1.2 meters height will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
- Children above age 3 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
