• You are advised not to take infants below 1 year of age inside the lounge (although this is at the parents' discretion) 
• Thermal clothing will be provided for all guests. 
• It is recommended that you wear clothing covering your legs as thermal trousers are not provided. 
• The lounge also has a buffer zone where guests are advised to spend 2-3 minutes acclimatizing their body to the sub-zero temperature inside the lounge
• Park Timings: Monday to Sundays - 10:00AM to 10:00PM

• You can get a full refund if you cancel 7 days before the experience.
• You must cancel at least 7 days before the experience's start time to receive a complete refund.
• If you cancel less than 7 days before the commencement of the activity, you will not entitle to claim a refund.
• Any changes made less than 7 days before the commencement of the experience will be rejected.
• Cut-off times are depending on the local time of the experience.
• This activity necessitates favorable weather. If it is canceled due to inclement weather, you will be given a new date or a full refund.
• Within 7-10 business days, your entire refund will be credited to your account/card.
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

• Children under 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between the ages of 3 to 10 years will be considered children and will be charged a child rate.
• Children above the age of 10 years will be considered an adult and will be charged an adult rate.
