Your hot air balloon adventure begins with a pre-dawn pick-up from your accommodation, as it is an early morning excursion. As you approach the launch point in Skydive Desert Margham, learn how the enormous balloon is filled and prepared for the flight. After warming up with complimentary refreshments, follow the safety instructions and board the colorful balloon, which can hold up to 20 people in its basket.

As soon as the balloon takes off, you'll be enthralled! • Pre-arranged sharing transfers are available to avoid any last minute hassle.
• Pre-arranged sharing transfers are available only from centrally located Hotels/Residences in Dubai (Deira Dubai, Bur Dubai, Shaikh Zayed, Dubai Marina).
• The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Please carry a valid ID proof/Passport along with you. (Without any valid ID passengers are not allowed to fly)
• Passengers with a weight over 120Kg will be charged double the ticket price.
• Tour Date/Time will be subject to availability.
• The maximum capacity for Hot Air Balloon is 10-28 pax.
• Pregnant ladies, any person who has Heart problem / serious knee & back pain, has undergone major surgery during the last 6 months,  and suffering from height phobia is not recommended for this activity.
• Children less than 5 years of age & Anyone more than 85 years of age will not be permitted to fly. (However, the Pilot is fully authorized to make a decision in regard of eligibility of any passenger)
• Anyone under the influence of Alcohol or any other drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.
• Any person who has a Serious Heart problem / serious knee & back pain/broken leg/arm has undergone major surgery during the last 6 months and suffering from height phobia is not recommended for this activity.
• Disabilities covering mental health and emotional / Physical disabilities are not allowed
• Also, all passengers will need to sign the declaration that he/she doesn’t have the above problems (Mandatory)
• Due to the strict Rules and Regulations of the UAE's Government regarding drones, we do not allow drones flying during flight.
• Video recording of the flight and the Event Banner on the basket is available at extra cost as an add-on option

• You can get a full refund if you cancel 7 days before the experience.
• You must cancel at least 7 days before the experience's start time to receive a complete refund.
• If you cancel less than 7 days before the commencement of the activity, you will not entitle to claim a refund.
• Any changes made less than 7 days before the commencement of the experience will be rejected.
• Cut-off times are depending on the local time of the experience.
• This activity necessitates favorable weather. If it is canceled due to inclement weather, you will be given a new date or a full refund.
• Within 7-10 business days, your entire refund will be credited to your account/card.
