• Please carry a valid ID proof/Passport along with you. (Without any valid ID passengers are not allowed to enter the water park)
• Transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira Dubai, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Dubai Marina)
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Some of the rides will have minimum height requirements to ensure everyone's safety
• Height, weight, size, age restrictions, and medical warnings apply to certain rides and attractions. These will be displayed at each relevant ride and attraction and made available from Guest Services.
