• Pre-arranged private transfer to avoid last minute hassel for guests
• Private Transfers are available only from centrally located Hotels/Residences in Dubai (Deira Dubai, Bur Dubai, Shaikh Zayed, Dubai Marina).
• Please bring a valid Photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
• Lost, damaged and/or stolen Tickets cannot be replaced, refunded or exchanged in any manner.
• Please wear the recommended mouth and nose protection while visiting the Museum.
• A limited number of 54 visitors at the same time is allowed in the museum. Up to 5 members of a single group will be allowed to enter.
• While waiting in line, please wait within the marked areas on the floor.
• Please keep the required distance of at least 2 meters from other visitors, including our supervisors and employees.
• No food and beverages are allowed from outside in museum.
• Any damages arising due to negligence or non-compliance with mentioned instructions shall be the sole responsibility of the visitor and their companions
• Please don’t leave your things unattended. We (the management) will not be responsible for any lost belongings
• Children should be supervised by their parents/guardians
• Please don’t cross the restricted areas to avoid any potential damages.

Booking Policy

• You can get a full refund if you cancel 5 days before the experience.
• You must cancel at least 5 days before the experience's start time to receive a complete refund.
• If you cancel less than 5 days before the commencement of the activity, you will not entitle to claim a refund.
• Any changes made less than 5 days before the commencement of the experience will be rejected.
• Cut-off times are depending on the local time of the experience.
• This activity necessitates favorable weather. If it is canceled due to inclement weather, you will be given a new date or a full refund.
• Within 7-10 business days, your entire refund will be credited to your account/card.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 4 to 15 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children age 15 and above will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
