• The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing & Private transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• If guests fail to report within the given time it will be a NO Show and there will be no Rescheduling or Refund for it.

Booking Policy

• You can get a full refund if you cancel 7 days before the experience.
• You must cancel at least 7 days before the experience's start time to receive a complete refund.
• If you cancel less than 7 days before the commencement of the activity, you will not entitle to claim a refund.
• Any changes made less than 7 days before the commencement of the experience will be rejected.
• Cut-off times are depending on the local time of the experience.
• This activity necessitates favorable weather. If it is canceled due to inclement weather, you will be given a new date or a full refund.
• Within 7-10 business days, your entire refund will be credited to your account/card.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost.
• Children aged from 3 to 10 years will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
• Children above the age of 10 will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate.
