You can go sledding and tobogganing at the 4,500-meter-square Snow Park, as well as climb towers. Important Information

• Please carry a valid ID proof as ski Dubai reserves the right to request proof of age.
• Private Transfer is available only from centrally located Hotels/Residences in Dubai (Deira Dubai, Bur Dubai, Shaikh Zayed, Dubai Marina)
• Minimum 02 guests are required to operate this activity.
• Ski/Snowboard equipment, Jackets, trousers, disposable socks, snow boots, fleece gloves, and Helmets will be provided at the venue for safety measures.
• Helmets are compulsory for children under 13 years old.
• To ride on the Snow Bullet Ride children must be above eight years of age, 125 cm in height, and more than 30 kg in weight. Adults should not weigh more than 120 kg
• Slope access is available for experienced Skiers/Snowboarders only.
• Some rides and features require height and weight restrictions.
• Mobile and Cameras are not allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
• Drinking and eating on the cold side is only permitted at the Avalanche Café and North 28 restaurant (Friday to Saturday - 8.30 AM 12.00 AM & Sunday to Wednesday:8 am - 10 pm & Thursday to Saturday:8 am -11 pm) 
• In case the park is full-on on any specific day, the guests will be requested to visit on the next day (Due to capacity limitations).
• The wheelchair is not accessible.
• Not suitable for pregnant women. 
• Optional activities included in the Snow daycation pass are subject to availability. If  chosen activity is not available  on the visit date, the guest can opt for another activity mentioned in the inclusions

Booking Policy

• You can get a full refund if you cancel 7 days before the experience.
• You must cancel at least 7 days before the experience's start time to receive a complete refund.
• If you cancel less than 7 days before the commencement of the activity, you will not entitle to claim a refund.
• Any changes made less than 7 days before the commencement of the experience will be rejected.
• Cut-off times are depending on the local time of the experience.
• This activity necessitates favorable weather. If it is canceled due to inclement weather, you will be given a new date or a full refund.
• Within 7-10 business days, your entire refund will be credited to your account/card.
• This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Child Policy

• Children under 2 years will not be allowed for this activity.
• Children between the ages of 2 to 10 years will be considered children and will be charged a child rate.
• Children above the age of 10 years will be considered an adult and will be charged an adult rate.
