Important Information

• Please bring a valid Photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
• Age criteria : Guests aged between 12 to 65 years are eligible for the glass slide and edge walk
• Minors between 12 to 18 years of age require the consent of their parent/ guardian in person. Kids aged below 12 years are NOT allowed for edge walk and glass slide
• Weight criteria : Guests weighing from 30 to 150 kgs will be allowed for the glass slide.
• Height criteria : Guests with height ranging from 120 cm to 200 cm will be allowed  for the glass slide.
• You are required to wear modest and comfortable clothing (no loose dresses, skirts, flip flops, loose footwear, or long and loose scarves).
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from completing the physical and mental tasks throughout the experience.
• Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.

Note: The Sky Views Observatory can only be accessed through Tower 1, it is essential to inform guests to proceed directly to Tower 1 for access to the observatory. In addition to the above please note: Sky Views can be accessed through The Address Sky View Tower 1 Level 1, entry point next to residence entrance or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views - Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).

Booking Policy

• You can get a full refund if you cancel 5 days before the experience.
• You must cancel at least 5 days before the experience's start time to receive a complete refund.
• If you cancel less than 5 days before the commencement of the activity, you will not entitle to claim a refund.
• Any changes made less than 5 days before the commencement of the experience will be rejected.
• Cut-off times are depending on the local time of the experience.
• This activity necessitates favorable weather. If it is canceled due to inclement weather, you will be given a new date or a full refund.
• Within 7-10 business days, your entire refund will be credited to your account/card.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between age 4 to 15 will be considered as child and charged child rate.
• Children age 15 and above will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.
