Important Information

• Pre-arranged sharing transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed)
• The pick-up/drop-off timing on Sharing transfers can be modified as per the trip schedule by 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• Please carry a valid ID proof/Passport along with you. (Without any valid ID passengers are not allowed to enter the water park)
• The park has a lot of rides that need to be maintained on a regular basis. If any of the rides are not operational for whatever reason on any given day, we will not be held liable.
• The Jumeirah Sceirah guest queue will be closed 45 minutes before the park's closing time during peak periods.
• During busy periods, the Jumeirah Sceirah guest's queue will be closed off 45 minutes prior to the park's closing time.
• In case the Park during the Eid holidays is full with guests as they have capacity limitations, guests could come on the next day. Also, they do the same if the park would full.
• Not advisable for pregnant women
• Not advisable for guests with back pain problems.
• Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

• This activity is strictly non-refundable once purchased.
• In case tours or tickets are canceled after booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Child Policy

• Children under 3 years will be considered infants and entry will be free of cost.
• Children between the ages of 3 to 05 or below 1.1-meter height will be considered as children and charged a child rate.
• Children above the age of 05 or above 1.1-meter height will be considered an adult and charged an adult rate.
