• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.

• Valet parking, Lockers, and Strollers are available on extra charges at the venue itself.

• During Ramadan Ladies only events will not be in operation.
• Operational Hours -Yas Waterworld - 10 am - 6 pm (Everyday).
• During Ramadan, the operational hours will be as follows
• Yas Waterworld - 12:00 pm – 7:00 pm (Everyday).
• Al Hosn app is required only for residents people, tourists need to show RT PCR Report and vaccination certificate.  
• Required 96 hours valid RT PCR test report ( UAE based lab )
• A Fully Vaccinated report is required.

Booking Policy

• This activity is strictly non-refundable once purchased.
• In case tours or tickets are canceled after booking 100 % charges will be applicable.

Child Policy

• Children below 3 years of age will be allowed free of charge.
• Children below 1.1 meters in height or 7 years of age will be considered as child and will be charged a child rate.
• Children above 7 years of age or above 1.1 meters in height will be considered adults and will be charged the adult rate.
